Clubhouse Rentals

If any homeowner would like to rent the clubhouse contact: Micki Sears with MASC Austin Properties, Inc., (713) 776-1771. All reservations must be made between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Clubhouse rental fees are $30 per hour (cash only) with a minimum of four hours rental.
  • Rental deposit of $250 (cash or cashier check only).

    Advertisement for Barrington Banner

    Ad rates are as follows:

  • Business card size - $20/month; $100/six months.
  • Quarter page - $35/month; $175/six months. Six-month ads receive one free month.

    Make checks payable to the Barrington Banner and send camera-ready ad copy (additional charge for layout if ad is not camera ready) with full payment to: The Barrington Banner, c/o MASC API, 13726 Florence Road, Sugar Land, TX 77498, by the 13th of each month.
